Proofs are available only from participating stores.
Why keep a Proof
The store’s checkout system must mark the sale complete before Provenance can issue the Proof.
A refund or correction appears below the purchase with its own date.
Search by store, item, date, amount or sale reference.
A saved Proof is not public. You choose when to share information from it.
Fictional example
This is not a customer record. It shows how one bicycle’s purchase, return, service, transfer and warranty records could appear over time.

Save Proofs from participating stores and search by store, item, date, amount or reference. You decide what to share. A Proof does not by itself establish authenticity, ownership, warranty coverage or return rights.
